Sweat! We’ll work you into a good sustained sweat to keep you burning calories even after the workout is over.

Challenge! A little bit of challenge is ok. It means that your muscles are responding to the exercise and will rebuild stronger than before.

Smiling! We like lots and lots of this! Yeah, workouts can be whatever you make them, but whatever they are, they should fun!
